Welcome to the Ely, a traditional English country Hotel and Pub featuring beamed ceilings, cask-conditioned ales and friendly home from home atmosphere. Set in North East Hampshire and only a short distance from the M3 the Ely with its red brick walls covered in ivy, and pantiled roof sits on the edge of Yateley and Blackwater. We have 32 ensuite bedrooms, two of which are suitable for disabled guests. All rooms have TV , hairdryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. If you require them we also have irons and ironing boards available at reception. There’s a fine selection of cask ales on the bar, along with wines of the World to accompany your meal.. Free WIFI.

On a fine evening you can enjoy a drink and a meal al fresco style in the attractive garden with patio and lawns provide the ideal retreat for those summer months. Simply sit back and relax with a jug of Pimms or bring the whole family. A children’s menu is available at all times and we hope your children will enjoy our garden. In the chillier weather you can warm your toes in front of one of the many open fires in the bar area. We can offer you a variety of options for your private dining, function or special events. Please Note: Pets are not allowed throughout The Ely. We can do Wedding Receptions for up to 85 people (seated). Parties of 80+ people or more can have exclusive use of the Restaurant with menus designed to suit your needs and pocket. Special menus are available for groups of 20 people or more, which offer a good, but limited choice
