The properties are both just a short stroll down into the village with its village green, many shops, bank, three pubs and four restaurants. The sea is just a ten minute walk away. MULBERRY BARN COTTAGE has been awarded 5 stars by Visit Britain as well as a gold award for providing outstanding facilities. Only completed in October 2008 this traditionally styled house was carefully designed to fit into a conservation area surrounded by grade 2 listed buildings. MULBERRY BARN COTTAGE has a modern and contemporary design. The ground floor is dominated by the large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which leads out through French doors to the south facing terrace. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms each with their own designer bathrooms Special facilities include large kitchen with breakfast bar, 37 inch wall mounted TV with surround sound, CD, DVD player and DAB radio. Large study with wifi. Wood burning stove. The property has a private drive with secure parking. OLD WALLS APARTMENT by contrast provides more traditional surroundings all on the ground floor. The property comprises a large bay fronted living room with sofa, two arm chairs, dining table and a 'divan' bed which is easily folded away and is unobtrusive during the day. From the sunny sitting room patio doors lead out on to the wisteria covered terrace and through to the garden, an ideal spot for alfresco eating. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. Bedroom which can be made up into a double or two singles. Other facilities include a flat screen plasma TV with all the free-view channels, DVD player, CD player, radio, games, books and magazines. Connection to the internet is available via a wireless modem. We do accept, upon request, a small, well-behaved dog. Parking is directly outside the flat on Church Hill.

MULBERRY BARN COTTAGE has two double bedrooms each with their own designer bathroom. The master bedroom faces south and has views over Christchurch Bay and the Isle of Wright. The king size bed can be made into two singles if required. The bathroom for this room has a large free standing bath. The second bedroom has double bed whilst the bathroom has a large 'walk-in' shower. In addition the downstairs cloakroom also has a shower. The bedroom in OLD WALLS APARTMENT has a queen size bed which can be split into two singles if requested. The bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower cubicle.
