Well equipped self catering holiday chalet sleeping 2+2 on a picturesque alpaca farm in East Meon, Hampshire. Dogs accepted, babies & children over 12 welcome.

The Garden Chalet is located in the beautiful Hampshire village of East Meon, characterised by its many thatched cottages and wonderful Norman church. The village is well served by two friendly local pubs, both of which serve good food, in addition to a food store. The historic towns of Chichester and Winchester can both be found within twenty miles and the south coast is a similar distance. Keen twitchers will find many interesting specimens in the local area including the green woodpecker, woodcocks, lesser spotted woodpeckers and flocks of migrant birds on their way to breeding grounds in the north. There are many interesting walks to be found within a ten mile radius including the South Downs Way, The Hangars and a great circular walk starting and ending in the village.

The Garden Chalet is a brick built property with a slate roof and consists of one very large room (20ft by 22ft), separate power shower and a glassed porch leading to the lavatory and washbasin. The small secluded garden has marvellous views towards the South Downs and deck chairs are provided. The kitchen is complete with electric cooker with oven, microwave cooker and refrigerator with large fridge freezer in the porch. The lounge has ample seating and a colour TV with Freeview channels. The bedroom area has a king size bed and a second sofa which converts into a double sofa bed. Free wireless broadband is available. the cottage is intended for two adults but two children may accompany their parents. Dogs are also welcome but are asked to sleep in the porch area.
