We are just steps away from Sandown Bay's six miles of glorious sandy beaches, which are a haven for all and safe for bathing at all times. Sandown Bay is a regular holder of the UK sunshine record and the blue ribbon award making it one of the cleanest beaches in the UK. Long walks can be enjoyed from the Montpelier, along coastal paths or into the countryside, where there are over 500 miles of clearly marked walks. The Montpelier has its own gift shop on the ground floor, offering a wide range of quality gifts, many of them handcrafted on the premises and at reasonable prices. This family run B&B offers clean, affordale accommodation which is situated on the first and second floor of the property and offers superb views over the bay. We have 7 or 8 ensuite letting rooms ranging from singles, doubles, twins and family rooms. All have colour TV, alarm clock/radio, table and chairs, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available on request. Guest's are also provided with their own keys and may come and go as they like. Wake up to a delicious breakfast in Barnaby's Restaurant opposite our property. Enjoy our beautiful garden, one of the most photographed on the whole island and winner of Sandown in Bloom numerous times.
