We are a very friendly, clean and comfortable VisitBritain-rated guest house located in the city centre of Southampton, on the south coast of England. We are close to the Southampton main railway station, coach station and docks. You will also find us close to many of the fine shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues including the famous Mayflower Theatre and West Quay shopping centre. We are open all year except Christmas and offer free wireless internet access. All our rooms are non-smoking. We look forward to welcoming you to our guest house.

Our breakfast menu includes a choice of fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices and full English style breakfast. Click here to see the menu. Breakfast is served between 7-8.15 am on weekdays, and 8-9 am on weekends. We also endeavour to accommodate on request, special dietary requirements or earlier breakfast times. Hair-dryer and ironing facilities also available on request. We are a non-smoking establishment.
