Well equipped with private parking, wifi and telephone connection. Situated in the middle of Butlocks Heath Village, in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it makes an ideal location for exploring the village, major cities and has many excellent walking and cycling routes. We have probably the best prices all Summer in and around Netley Abbey and Hamble-le-Rice.

Butlocks Heath Village hosts a variety of amenities, comprising of a general store and two pubs with an excellent selection of beverages. The village also offers a number of interesting walks leading through ancient woodland, 'The Bunney', and also through Priors Copse to the reservoir. Just 15 minutes away is the Royal Victoria Country Park covering 200 acres and is one of the most scenic and delightful areas of South Hampshire. Visit the Chapel which is the only remaining part of the original Royal Victoria Army Hospital. Or enjoy a ride on the Royal Victoria Minature Railway. The nearby Southampton and Hamble-le-Rice Sailing and Yacht Clubs offer sailing lessons and watersports.

The Bunney offers 3 Star 'Enjoy England / Vist Britain' Self Catering holiday accommodation. Offering warm, comfortable and well furnished accommodation with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Comprising of lounge/diner (Combi TV with Freeview / wifi and telephone connection), fully fitted kitchen (Combination Microwave oven / Washer Dryer / Dishwasher / Large Fridge Freezer / Gas hob with electric oven), bathroom (Shaver point) and two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Each bedroom has a Combi TV with Freeview and is tastefully decorated. A cot is provided for an infant. Gas centrally heated throughout with double glazing. Private parking for one car and gardens. There is a selection of books, games, CD’s, DVD’s and Videos. The rear garden overlooks ancient woodland called 'The Bunney' and has a patio area for use with the table / umbrella and chairs. Also additional bench seating. Patio furniture and BBQ are stored in the shed with cycle storage.

Sue & I, always endeavour to update 'The Bunney' and therefore maintain our 3 Star rating. We provide accommodation that will probably compare to your own. Comprising of a full range of modern appliances and including suttle decorations that blend throughout. The three small soft fabric toy rabbits and cat are often involved in the children's playing. You can relax downstairs whilst your children can play safely in their room. We have friendly neighbours whom take an interest in our visitors and are always helpful. We are on-hand for any of your requirements and can help with our knowledge of the surrounding areas to provide info for your holiday plans. There are a range of maps for your use.
