Silk and Lace Cottages are luxurious cottages with ETB 4* and 5* Gradings. They are located just 3 minutes drive from the New Forest National Park, the Sea, Lymington River, Quay, Isle of Wight Ferry and Lymington High Street (½ mile) with its many lovely shops, restaurants and famous Saturday Market.

South facing, both Cottages are furnished with designer fabrics, are centrally heated and double-glazed. All bedrooms have en suite facilities. Both Cottages have living rooms with dining areas, fully fitted kitchens, digital LCD DVD combi televisions and free wi-fi broadband. Everything for your first breakfast provided upon request. Winter lets by arrangement. Excellent bases for exploring all that the south coast has to offer, the Cottages are quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and maintained.

Silk Cottage has a 4* Grading and sleeps 4 guests. It has a double bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom, TV, and hairdryer. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer. Lace Cottage has a 5* Grading and sleeps 2-4 guests. It has a double bedroom upstairs with en suite bath/shower room, TV, digibox and hairdryer. Downstairs it has a double sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is open plan with a stunning granite worktop, gas bob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a small lawn with table chairs, parasol and BBQ.

Specialities

The weekly rate includes everything: gas, electricity, wi-fi broadband, towels and linen, with the beds made up ready for you. Everything for your first breakfast provided upon request. There is off-road parking in the driveway. A wheelchair ramp, 2 travel cots and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome in Silk Cottage only, by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted inside either Cottage.
